How to Apply:
Prospectus and Application Form Can be Obtained from the Office of Gracious College of Nursing, Balaghat. The Application Form Submitted Should be Complete in all Respects. Self-attested Copies with 3 sets of Required certificates/documents have to be submitted along with the Original documents for counseling and verification process.

- Mark sheets of 10th and 12th
- Migration Certificate in Original
- Domicile Certificate
- Caste Certificate
- Gap Certificate, if Applicable
- Character Certificate
- Transfer Certificate
- Certificate of Change of Name
- 10 Photos
- 3 Photocopies of all the Original Documents
Counseling:
Candidates Will be Called For Counseling Process Every Year. Seat Allotment Will be Done On Merit Basis.
Fee:
The Students must pay the complete fee in two installments i.e. 50% at the time of admission as a first installment and remaining 50% by 31st december of the year as a second installment.
